 Sarah Paulson won her fist Golden Globe award as best Actress in a Limited Series due to his role of Marcia Clark in the award-winning limited TV series “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story” (which also won the award for Best Limited Series)

The Actress Sarah Paulson won her first Best Actress Award and she didn’t believe herself and said to crowd that, “Oh, my god, I feel like I’m going to faint,

“She added, “I want to thank the HFPA for this incredible honor. You have always been so kind to me. And I would like to thank everyone at FX for support, and Dana Walden, Gary Newman, everyone at 20th Century Fox. To our incredible cast, this merry band of gypsies, you’re all heroes to me. I would not be standing here if it were not for each and every one of you.”

Paulson Continued and Give credit to those who were responsible for her success and said,

“Scott Alexander, all of our brilliant directors and writers, to the man responsible for this and so much in my life, Ryan Murphy. You changed my life. If there was a single thing I thought I could give you that you didn’t already have, it would be at your doorstep every day until the end of time. You have my boundless gratitude. To Marcia Clark, you are an inspiration to me, if I could live my life with a fraction of your wit, integrity, an unapologetic fierceness, I would be on the road to doing it right. Thank you.”

She added, “I think that there is nothing more powerful than everyone having an idea about what something was going to be and then having it completely turned on its head and audiences, then taking the moment to go, ‘I feel so terrible about it. “Collectively I’ve had an enormous amount of people come up to me and say, ‘I had no idea. We treated her terribly and I feel so badly that I misjudged that.’ And so, for that, I feel incredibly proud.”

It was third Nomination for Sarah Paulson and named her Sunday’s night as “surreal” and said, it doesn’t feel real. I watched this show as a kid I hate to say it, but I dreamt about these kinds of things. I had other dreams that weren’t about winning awards. But this is pretty exciting.”
